Sadie Nursing School introduced a class where students served as test subjects and dramatically increased the pass rate for the national nursing exam. Through "live lessons" where both male and female students use each other's bodies, they experience the embarrassment that patients feel, and the contents of the training are imprinted in their brains along with the memory of that experience. This is the seventh film in the series. It returns to the basics with a new male voice and annoying lecturer, who was criticized in the previous film.
