Igarashi (Kitano Shota) and Hayami (Natsume Kaito) are working as secret investigators for an anti-terrorism organization. They infiltrate Oshima Hospital, which is said to be manufacturing illegal drugs, but are captured by the hospital director, Oshima. Awaiting them is the confinement of Oshima's female minions. The two, who have had similar experiences in the past, are once again attacked by that hell of pleasure.
