Saki (26 years old) has been married for 8 years. After graduating high school, she meets the advisor of the literary club at a class reunion and starts dating him. She gets pregnant and marries him six months later. She quits university to become a housewife, but soon suffers a miscarriage. A rift forms between the grieving wife and her husband who seems relieved. Then she finds out that her husband has been cheating, but pretends not to notice.
