Yuuki, an orphan, comes to Tokyo with only a school bag to visit his only relative. His father failed in business and is an alcoholic who drinks every day. His mother gives up on him and quickly finds a good man. Abandoned, Yuuki loses faith in people, and when he searches for his relative's house using a New Year's card from a few years ago, he finds that no one lives there. Momoka kindly calls out to Yuuki, who is at a loss as to what to do.
