Following on from "Forbidden Caregiving", this series is themed around the sexual greed of the elderly. The first in the series features Matsum Sumire. Sumire works as a nurse at a private hospital. The only patients are poor elderly people with no relatives. Sumire is loved by the elderly, who call her "Sama Maria" because of her kindness. The elderly, who have only a short time left to live, ask her to take them to the afterlife and have her suck on their large breasts, then call her by nurse call and force her into sex, leaving her at their mercy one after the other. She has the personality, or rather the body, to not be able to say no when asked, so she is truly a "sexual Sama Maria."
