The reliable section chief Tsubaki and the tyrannical department head. The department head always asks Tsubaki to do things that are unreasonable, but Tsubaki obediently follows his orders. This makes the subordinates wonder. One night, the subordinate, Yuki, sees the department head and Tsubaki entering a hotel together. Yuki gets excited and takes a picture.
