A country on a planet where war has continued for a long time. Radioactive contamination has left the land in ruins. Remnant soldiers call themselves the "God Army" and begin to control the region. They extort food and money from the people, and even commit atrocities such as violating women. Then, a force appears to rise up to expel the evil group. They are the Goddess Warriors "Venus", a group of women with amazing psychic powers.
