Chiyoko Shimizu, 57, has five grandchildren. She is the madam manager of a boutique in the town's shopping district. "It's a small, old-fashioned shop, but my husband helps me earn money, so it's like a hobby. I have a lot of free time, so I thought I might start a hobby. I remember laughing with my friends, who are regular customers, saying, "I wish I'd been born a woman and appeared in porn at least once." But when I was contacted about the shoot, I was shocked and thought, "Am I really going to be in it?!" (laughs)
