Tomonori and Ruka are unable to pay their rent and are on the verge of default. When they go to tell their landlord Ozawa that they want to default, Ruka agrees on the condition that he helps out around the house. Tomonori is wary of Ruka doing naughty things to her, but Ruka herself is not on guard. Ozawa pampers Ruka and tries every trick in the book to get her.
