The Kuromo-kai, a violent crime group, has succeeded in smuggling a large amount of fantasy mushroom powder. Despite having received information about the smuggling from before, the Special Investigation Department was unable to prevent it at the border, so they mobilized the Third Division, known as the Assault Team. They set out to seize the illegal love drug before it hits the streets. However, Special Investigation Department investigator Susaki Kana is captured and tortured during the investigation. When her best friend Souma Reina finds out about this, she begins to act on her own, quietly burning with anger.
