A year has passed since Ryoko lost her husband... Ryoko was living alone and aimless. One day, her brother-in-law Satoshi visits her. Ryoko has decided to continue living in the house filled with memories of her husband, so Satoshi recommends that they remodel it... The next day, Satoshi brings a man from the remodeling company to the house. Ryoko is told, "I'll do it cheaply, so please let me live in the house."
