While treating a patient at the hospital, Nanako, a wife, rushes to her husband's side when he collapses from overwork. She is Nanako to hear that he is just tired, and heads straight to his hospital room. When her fellow doctors see Nanako visiting her husband, they smile lewdly at her incredible Nanako. Meanwhile, her colleagues witness Nanako and Nanako hospitalized husband having an affair in the hospital room. They threaten to report this to the hospital director and get him fired, and play with Nanako's body as they see fit.
