A married woman who lingers aimlessly in the basement of a department store is harboring a vague fantasy of "with this man..." (I think) They don't have a direct desire to "do it!", but rather tend to have a girlish mindset of wanting to have fun with "this guy" in their free time. (I think) This is a documentary story about a man who approaches and seduces such a young wife.
