In a way, I think of it as a date. I was alone with a beautiful real estate employee from the afternoon until the evening, looking around the house. We had a fun conversation while looking at various properties in Tokyo. I got excited and ended up pushing her down, but she said I could have sex with her if I signed the rental contract, so I came inside her! Apparently, real estate agents don't have many days off because they work on weekends, and many of them are sexless. So it seems like it's quite easy to get laid.
