Hiromi was about to marry Hidehiko, the son of a wealthy man. However, her father committed suicide after getting into debt, and the engagement was called off due to Hidehiko's father's opposition. Hiromi was kidnapped by the yakuza who were demanding repayment of the debt, but a year later she reunites with Hidehiko at a brothel.
