Kumiko (Airi Kijima) lives a happy married life with her husband Seiji. One day, Shimosato, a cleaning worker, visits her. Kumiko likes Shimosato's way of dealing with her and asks him to clean up. However, Shimosato has a twisted desire to "pollute something beautiful." Kumiko is drugged with sleeping pills and raped.
