Four close male friends, all virgins and unpopular, decide to celebrate Taro's birthday that day. While complaining about the lack of women around, they go to buy some alcohol, where they discover a woman sitting there passed out drunk. The woman, Ayaka, is taken care of, and she comes over to the man's house, drunk and in high spirits. They get excited about the fact that all four of them are virgins, and when one of them asks, "Well, how about I take your virginity?", the men offer up their virginities.
