Hiromi has been married for 20 years to her husband Kamekichi, who is a year older than her... but she had expected it, but her husband passed away first and she is heartbroken. Unable to bear seeing Hiromi like that, three middle-aged men who live nearby, Yasuda, Iwai, and Usami, visit her.
