Rena is a member of the discipline committee and lives a clean and upright life with her boyfriend Meguro, who is also a member. One day, she reprimands Kawagoe, a student at the same school, for his delinquent behavior. Kawagoe is a problem child who secretly takes photos of female students during class and gets into violent situations in the classroom.
