In 2024, the Diet passed a bill to help those who have not had sex as a measure to combat the declining birthrate. In order to improve sexual knowledge and to save virgins, who are often sexually vulnerable, a sex education promotion section was created in each prefecture and city hall, and city hall women themselves were to perform sexual intercourse procedures and improve the birth rate. This time, we closely interviewed Sayaka Sayaka, a newly married woman assigned to the newly established Sex Education Promotion Section in the Citizens' Department, who provides sincere sex education to virgins, including bareback insertion, continuous sex, facials, and creampies.
