An incident occurred during one meal. Tohru crawls under the table and caresses his stepmother Hisayo's thighs. When she tries to talk to her husband about it, he doesn't pay her any attention. Just as she convinces herself that it was all in her head, she bumps into Tohru admiring her underwear in the dressing room. In a fit of rage, Tohru attacks Hisayo, who musters all her reason to stay put, saying "No! We're family," but ends up taking her stepson in her mouth.
