Yuko (Mio Morishita), a married woman who works as a personal trainer, regularly invites her friend and her friend's daughter, Aya (Shuri Atomi), to her home to teach them how to train. The time spent working out and sweating with the three women was a fun time for Yuko, who leads a lonely life while her husband is away on a long business trip.
