When the bank where Yuki works decides to withdraw its loan from Hidemi's (Toko's childhood friend) factory, Hidemi comes to Touko for advice. However, due to poor business performance, the bank stops lending to Hidemi's factory. After issuing a bounced check, Hidemi takes Keisuke and employee Ozawa with her and begins her revenge.
