Nozomi, a wife whose husband is the head of a clinic and who works as a doctor herself, is brought in one day after a young man named Manabu collapses from overwork. He is still struggling to walk on his own, so Nozomi supports him as they enter the elevator. Suddenly, the elevator comes to a sudden halt. No one responds to calls for help.
