Tokitome Matsumoto, who happens to attend a home party in a high-end residential area of Setagaya, tries to blend in, but is treated rudely and irritated by the obvious disparity. Feeling alienated and irritated by the heartless treatment, Matsumoto stops time and violates the bodies of children and married women as he pleases.
